For bidders
Create your free bidder account
One account, every auction house, and no fee from us — ever. You pay the house's own buyer's premium when you win, exactly as you would in the room. AuctioneerVision does not add a penny.
Bidding is free. Permanently.
No membership, no per-auction charge, no card at registration. We earn from the software the auction houses use, never from you placing a bid. If a house chooses to review new bidders, that is their approval — it costs nothing and we tell you where you stand.
How it works
- 1
Tell us who you are
Your name, email and a password. Address and phone are optional here and only help the house know who is bidding.
- 2
Confirm your email
We send one link. Until you click it the account cannot bid, which is what stops somebody registering in your name.
- 3
Choose a sale
Some houses approve a new bidder before they bid — you will see their status on the sale page. Most let you straight in.
- 4
Bid — online or absent
Bid live while the sale runs, or leave your maximum and let the room bid for you. Bidding costs you nothing from us.
What the account gives you
- Unlimited bidding in every auction house on the platform
- One login for every house — no separate account per sale
- Watchlist, saved searches and closing-soon reminders
- Absentee bids when you cannot sit through the sale
- Your bids, invoices and results in one account
- No card, no membership fee, no commission from AuctioneerVision

Selling, not buying?
An auction house needs its own account: catalogue, bidders, invoices and a website under its own name. The Launch plan starts with three months free.

Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration is free, there is no membership and no card is taken. Bidders pay no commission from us — only the auction house's buyer's premium if you win.
Why must I confirm my email?
One link proves the address is yours, which is what stops somebody registering in your name. Until you click it the account exists but cannot bid.
Do I need the house's approval to bid?
Only where the house has asked to review new bidders. Most do not. When approval is needed your account shows it, and the house is told to expect you. You can browse and watch lots while you wait.
Can I use one account for more than one sale?
Yes. One account covers every sale you bid in, and your watchlist, saved searches, bids and invoices all live in it.
What if I forget my password?
Use the reset link on the sign-in page and we will email you a fresh one. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder and then ask us through the help page.
