How it works
Three steps from looking to owning.
01
Create your free account
One login covers every house on the platform. Confirm your email once and you can bid in any sale you like — no card, no fee, no catch.
02
Register for the sale
Read the catalogue, the condition report and the house's terms, then register for the sale you want to bid in. Most houses approve instantly.
03
Bid the way you like
Bid live online, leave an absentee bid before the sale, or ask the house for a telephone line on the day.
New to the trade
Start your business with us
Everything an auction house needs before its first sale — the catalogue, the bidding, the bidders, the invoices and the customer email — already built and already tested. List your first auction without building a thing, and never pay us a share of what you sell.
Before you bid
Is browsing really free?
Yes. Every catalogue, every photograph and every result can be read without an account. Joining is free too: there is no fee, no limit and no commission from us, and you can bid in any auction you like.
Do I pay commission to AuctioneerVision?
No. We never take a share of the hammer price. The auction house charges its own buyer's premium and, on online bids, its internet fee — both are shown on the lot before you bid, and both belong to the house.
Can I bid before the sale starts?
Yes. Leave an absentee bid and the house will bid on your behalf up to your maximum. On a live sale, absentee bids close three hours before the auction starts.
Can I bid by telephone?
On live sales, yes. Ask for a telephone line from the sale page and the house will call you when your lot is coming up. A telephone bid does not carry the internet fee.
What happens if someone outbids me?
The lot page updates as the bidding moves, so you can see the moment you are outbid and bid again. Your maximum stays private: only the next increment is ever shown to anyone else.
