What happens after you register

  1. 1. Confirm your email. The account exists, but the house cannot list until the address is proven.
  2. 2. We review the house. A real person checks the details and approves the house. We will email you either way — and we will tell you what is missing if anything is.
  3. 3. Set up your first sale. Add lots, photographs, estimates, reserves and increments; publish as a timed sale or a live catalogue.
  4. 4. Take a bid. Bidders register with the house, you approve them if you want to, and the software handles the rest.
