For bidders
Join us and enjoy bidding in any auction you like
No limit. No fee. Totally free of charge. One account covers every auction house on the platform, and AuctioneerVision never takes a penny from a bidder.
One account, every house
Register once and you can bid with every auction house on the platform. No separate login per sale, no re-entering your details for every catalogue.
Bid the way you can
Bid live while the sale runs, leave an absentee bid when you cannot be at the screen, or ask the house to telephone you. The choice is yours, lot by lot.
Nothing to pay us
No membership, no per-auction charge, no card at registration. When you win you pay the house's own buyer's premium — the same as in the room.
What happens when you join
Step 1
Create your account
Name, email and a password. It takes about a minute and costs nothing.
Step 2
Confirm your email
One link proves the address is yours. Until you click it, the account cannot bid.
Step 3
Choose a sale
Browse by category, house or closing date. Some houses review a new bidder first; we show you their answer.
Step 4
Bid and keep track
Your bids, watchlist, invoices and results live in one account, whichever house you are buying from.
Questions bidders actually ask
Is bidding really free?
Yes. AuctioneerVision charges bidders nothing — no membership, no per-auction fee, no commission on your winning bid. The auction house charges its own buyer's premium, which is shown on every lot page before you bid.
Do I have to be approved by every auction house?
Only where the house has asked to review new bidders. Most do not. When approval is needed, your registration page tells you, and the house is told to expect you. You can still browse and watch lots while you wait.
What is an absentee bid?
It is a bid you leave now for a sale that has not started. You name the most you are willing to pay and the house bids on your behalf, up to that figure, as if you were in the room. It is not an email to the auctioneer.
Can I bid from outside the UK?
Yes. The site works anywhere, and times are shown in UK time so a closing time cannot be misread. Check the house's own terms for shipping and collection before you bid.
What if I have a question about a lot?
Use the form on this page, or the Ask button on the lot. Include the lot number and we can usually answer the same day.
Talk to a person
Registration problems, a lot you do not understand, a house that has not answered — tell us and we will pick it up. There is no chatbot in this box.
